Conveniently close to local amenities, such as shops and pub/restaurants, yet set in quiet countryside and easy walking distance of Rainton Meadow Nature Reserve. Ideally suited for business and leisure travellers alike. Short term visits and extended stays can be accommodated.

The accommodation is spacious combined with modern luxuries, fully equipped with high quality furnishings to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people & has a gated driveway with ample parking for lots of cars.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. The house is thoroughly cleaned
and bed linen etc changed on a weekly basis. Guests are asked to
provide their own personal towels.

Prices:
Lettings usually begin and end on Saturdays. All our prices are fully inclusive of council tax, gas and electricity, and water and sewerage charges
January – April - £575/week
May – October - £695/week
November - December - £575/week
We are not a VAT registered business. A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance must be paid on arrival. Payment is by BACS or cheque/cash.
