We provide fully serviced self catering accommodation at Eureka Mews, which is a recently developed set of apartments, all spacious 2 bedroomed 2 bathroomed with all the mod cons. They are located approx 3 miles north of Durham City.

The accommodation is spacious combined with modern luxuries, fully equipped with high quality furnishings, ensuite bedrooms to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartments sleep up to 3 people & have secure gated parking in the rear courtyard.

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned
and bed linen etc changed on a weekly basis. Guests are asked to provide their own personal towels.

Prices:

Lettings usually begin and end on Saturdays. All our prices are fully inclusive of council tax, gas and electric, and water and sewerage charges

December January & February - £275/week

March April  & May - £285/week

June till end November - £295/week

We are not a VAT registered business. A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance must be paid on arrival. Payment is by BACS or cheque/cash
